DO – Wash your vehicle by hand with clean cool water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge. Ensure you wash your car in the shade.
DO NOT – Do not use a commercial car wash. Commercial washes often will mar or otherwise damage newly repaired surfaces. Do not use a dry cloth to wipe down your vehicle. Avoid driving on gravel roads. Do not park under trees or utility lines that will commonly attract birds. Bird droppings and tree sap can tarnish or even damage a freshly painted surface. Do not spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, or windshield cleaners on a newly painted surface.

Do not wax or polish your vehicle. This ensures that the new finish has plenty of time to cure and harden completely.

Not always. A vehicle is a total loss when the price of repair exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of your vehicle.

Our factory certified technicians, with the aid of our state-of-the-art computer measuring systems, can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If a section of the frame is damaged beyond repair we can simply replace that section.

Your estimator will give you a schedule of how much time repairs will take. However, during the repair process, additional damage may be found that could extend the repair time. Your estimator will discuss any issues that may affect completion of your vehicle.
The most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We will also accept cash and personal checks (pending telecheck authorization). We will not accept third party personal checks.
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the arrangements. Check with your insurance provider to see if you qualify for rental coverage.
